Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have ensured that our Returns & Refunds process is simple. If you have purchased from us online, our return period is a standard 14 days from when your purchase is received.

HOW TO RETURN TO DARCYBOW?

Step 1

Contact us by email and we will send you our Returns Form (click the link), you can print and enclose with your return or fill it out online and return via email.

Step 2

Repackage your purchase you wish to return in their original condition (unworn and undamaged with our gift box).  Please feel free to reuse our packaging or similar suitable packaging for posting.  Ensure that your package is securely sealed.

Step 3

Send by post/courier to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item(s). Your shipping should cost no more than €9 with An Post (no need for insurance or any other costs).  Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please keep your receipt and tracking number for traceability.  These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Step 4

Once we have received the returned item(s) we will consider the condition of the goods being returned before authorising refunds or exchanges. Refunds will be paid back to the original payment method. This may take up to 10 working days from date of receipt depending on your bank. 

Step 5

In the case of shoes - we are happy to exchange sizes, please reorder the size you require on the website and return the incorrect shoes size to us.
