Megan Communion Dress

Megan - the Megan Communion dress is a traditional frock that is reminiscent of days gone by - soft & feminine. We designed this dress to include sleeves due to many requests for a covered arm.  This classic style and pretty little details make this a dress right out of your favourite storybook. 

When you order a Megan dress, it is handmade to order, right here in our Irish studios, with all the love and care in the world.

Megan features an elegant simple bodice crafted in lustrous zibeline fabric with a high curved neckline.  We used a contrasting fabric of chiffon with a soft detailed pattern in the skirt with a peaking zibeline hemline.  It has a generous A-line skirt featuring two box pleats. The back of the dress features a lovely V neckline and is finished with a slightly bigger tie bow sash with a flared tail and a soft chiffon 3/4 length sleeve with a frill finish in zibeline.

Megan is also right at home at weddings and other special occasions: perfect for the Flowergirl's big moment walking down the aisle, for dancing the night away, and for falling asleep on a chair under someone’s suit jacket.
